Events

Join us as the Lodi Public Library Foundation presents: Books, Bubbles, and Brews, an event to support the community and raise awareness for the Lodi Public Library.

Featuring Rack & Riddle sparkling wine, craft brews from Side Hustle Brew Company, and small bites, you’ll enjoy live music, and a brown bag raffle with a variety of champagnes. We are also excited to bring back the GOLDEN BUCKET!! Bring your checkbooks to support a unique need of the library presented by Library Director Akiliah Manuel!

The Lodi Public Library could not operate, without the help of the community to continue its services to children, teens, and adults who reside in our local area. Here is your chance to give back to the local community and help us raise funds for this worthwhile cause.

Date: April 4, 2024

Lodi Public Library – 201 W. Locust Street, Lodi, CA

Tickets: $75 per person

The Lodi Public Library Foundation was pleased to host the 20th Annual Evening at the Library Dinner and Fundraising event!

This signature event was a night to remember. Live music and appetizers began at 5:00pm with dinner, dessert, spoken word presented by America’s Got Talent season 15 winner, Brandon Leake and the humorous, family friendly tall tales and stories from Bil Lepp following. A silent auction included a variety of experiences and local wares, as well as a 50/50 raffle, allowed guests to support the library further while enjoying libations with one another.

The proceeds from this event will help “fill the gap” between available funds from the City of Lodi and the needs of the Lodi Public Library. The library is planning to expand its outstanding educational and literacy services to meet the needs of our diverse and growing population. With your support, the Foundation can continue to assist with funding for important Library improvements.

Library Pick-Me-Up

The Lodi Public Library Foundation is so happy to support the library’s Pick-Me-Up event held in January 2022 to celebrate its Grand Re-Opening! Fundraiser and board member, Kelly Nimtz and our Board President, Nancy Potts, worked hard with a little help from some friends handing out water and cookies to all the attendees!

Thank you to Amazon.com for the impressive $15,000 donation to the Lodi Public Library Foundation!

This donation will not only have a positive impact on teens in the Lodi community, it will also help support the Lodi Public Library and Director Manual Mills’ mission to help recruit, establish and sustain a Teen Advisory Board for Teens@201.
